Please read these terms carefully. By placing an order on kakhasrc.ge (KAKHA’S RC) you agree to the rules below.

1. General

kakhasrc.ge is an online store for RC models, spare parts, accessories and equipment in Georgia.
These terms apply to all visitors and all orders.
They follow the legislation of Georgia, including the Law on Consumer Rights Protection.

2. Placing an order

Choose a product, add it to the cart and fill in the order form: name, phone and address.
After we receive your order we contact you to confirm stock, price and delivery time.
An order is confirmed once we confirm it.
If an item suddenly sells out or a price was shown by mistake, we will tell you and offer an alternative or cancel the order. Any prepayment is refunded in full.

3. Prices and stock

All prices are in Georgian lari (₾).
Delivery is added separately and shown in the cart and at checkout.
“Price on request” means we confirm the current price and arrival time individually.
“Out of stock” items can be pre-ordered with an agreed lead time.
Discounts and promotions are valid only for the stated period and while stock lasts.
Photos and descriptions are for information. Colours and details may differ slightly after manufacturer updates.

4. Payment

You can pay on delivery or in advance by bank transfer.
Online card payment is coming soon.

5. Delivery

Local pickup — free, by appointment.
Courier, Tbilisi — 5 ₾, 1–2 days.
Courier, regions — 10 ₾, 2–4 days.
We work every day. The courier calls before arrival.
Please check the parcel in front of the courier and report any visible damage straight away.

6. Returns and exchanges

Items bought at a distance can be returned within the legal period of 14 calendar days from receipt, without giving a reason.
The item must be unused, complete and in its original packaging.
In that case, the customer pays the return shipping.
We refund within 14 days of receiving and checking the item, using the original payment method.
Items used, assembled, painted or damaged by the customer cannot be returned. This does not apply to factory defects.
For a defective or wrong item we replace, repair or refund it, and we cover the shipping.

7. Warranty

The manufacturer’s warranty applies where it is stated on the product page.
The warranty does not cover:
- damage from crashes, drops or hard impacts;
- use in water or mud beyond the manufacturer’s rating;
- a wrong battery or charger;
- unauthorised modifications;
- normal wear parts: tyres, gears, bearings, shock oil and similar.

8. Safety

RC models are not toys for small children. Users under 14 should drive under adult supervision.
Follow the manufacturer’s manual.
Charge LiPo batteries only with a suitable charger, under supervision, and never leave them charging unattended.
Do not drive in crowded places, on roads or near animals.

9. Account, reviews and content

You are responsible for keeping your account password safe.
Reviews must be honest and polite. We remove spam, offensive text and advertising.
The site design, texts, logo and videos belong to KAKHA’S RC. Brand names and logos belong to their owners. 3D models are shown with credit to their authors.

10. Liability

We aim to keep information accurate and up to date, and we may correct technical errors.
We are not liable for damage caused by improper use or use against the manual.
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (force majeure).

11. Disputes

We solve any issue by talking first — contact us and we will find a solution together. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved under the laws of Georgia, in the courts of Georgia.

12. Changes

These terms may be updated. Changes apply once they are published on this page. A confirmed order is governed by the terms valid at the time of ordering.
