KAKHA’S RC (kakhasrc.ge) respects your privacy. This page explains simply what data we collect, why we use it and how we protect it. We process data in line with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.

1. Who processes your data

The data controller is KAKHA’S RC, website kakhasrc.ge. Contact details are at the end of this page.

2. What we collect

When you order: name, phone, delivery address, email, the order contents and your note.
When you create an account: name, email, password (stored encrypted) and order history.
Through the contact form: name, email, phone (if given) and your message.
When you leave a review: name, email (never published), the review text and your IP address for spam protection.
When you subscribe to news: email.
When you chat with the AI assistant: your questions and the assistant’s answers.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited — in server logs, for security.

3. Why we use it

to confirm, prepare and deliver your order;
to answer your questions and improve our service;
to handle warranty and return requests;
to meet legal accounting and tax obligations;
to keep the site secure and stop fraud and spam;
to send news and offers — only with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

We share only what is needed for the service:

Courier service — name, phone and address, to deliver your parcel;
Bank — to process payments (we never see or store card details);
Technical partners:
- our hosting server;
- Cloudflare — for site speed and security;
- Telegram — to deliver orders, messages and assistant chats to our team;
- Google (Gemini) — to generate the AI assistant’s answers. Please don’t send personal details to the assistant.
YouTube and Sketchfab — videos and 3D models load from their servers. No connection to YouTube is made until you play a video.
Public authorities — only where the law requires it.

5. Cookies and browser storage

Essential cookies: cart, checkout, login and language choice. The store cannot work without them.
Convenience: your wishlist (1 year), recently viewed products, the AI assistant chat (kept in your browser), and your name and email in the review form (with your consent).
We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.

6. How long we keep data

Order data — for the period required by tax and accounting law;
Account data — until the account is deleted;
Messages and assistant chats — as long as needed to resolve your request;
Newsletter email — until you unsubscribe.

7. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy;
correct inaccurate data;
delete data when the law no longer requires us to keep it;
restrict processing;
withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from news.

8. Security

The site uses a secure connection (HTTPS).
Passwords are stored encrypted.
Only staff who need data to fulfil orders can access it.

9. Minors

People under 16 should order or create an account only with a parent’s or guardian’s consent.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated. A new version applies once it is published on this page, and the update date is shown at the top.
