- Please have the exact amount — the courier may not have change.
Bank or card transfer

- Transfer from your banking app or internet bank — any Georgian bank.
- We send our details (IBAN or card number) when we confirm your order.
- Put your order number in the payment reference.
- Send us the receipt on WhatsApp — it speeds things up.
- The order ships once the payment arrives.
Pay at pickup

- We call you when the order is ready and agree a time.
- See and check the item, then pay on the spot.
- You can also pay in advance by transfer.
Online card payment

- Visa / Mastercard payment right on the site.
- Will be enabled once the bank agreement is in place.
- Until then, use a transfer or cash on delivery.
How to pay by transfer
- Place your order and choose “Bank transfer”.
- We contact you, confirm stock and send our payment details.
- Transfer the amount with your order number as the reference.

Can I pay part now and part on delivery?
For pre-order items (“out of stock”) we can agree a deposit. We settle the details when you order.
When does my transfer arrive?
Within the same bank — usually instantly. From another bank — usually within a few hours, sometimes the next business day.
How are refunds paid?
The same way you paid: transfers go back to your account, cash by agreement. Details — Returns & warranty.
How is delivery added?
Pickup is free, courier in Tbilisi — 5 ₾, regions — 10 ₾. It is shown automatically in the cart. Shipping information.
